I have changed my package and paid for HD channels, but cannot see Fox HD? Is it there and I can't find it or is it not available?

Fox HD isn't available as a live channel via NOW TV on any platform, you will find the SD version on channel 349.
This is confirmed in the NOW TV Boost FAQ.
Mind you the catch up in the NOW TV app for Fox looks at least 720p HD to me.
