Now TV Question

I have signed up for Now TV, I cannot access the likes of Comedy Central and Gold through the TV listings?

I can only get this through Now TV, is this standard?

I assumed all channels would appear in the usual format.

Have you tried Comedy Central on 344 rather than on 307?

I have and it has now appeared, it kept saying I needed to upgrade my account.

With the update, have I now lost the likes Comedy Central Extra?

Still getting my head around it

Click on this link https://www.bt.com/tv/packages  and then on 'See details' for your package. It'll show the subscription channels available. Comedy Central Extra isn't one of them.
