I have NowTV as an add on on my account. I can access it on my TV through the AP/BT box but cannot seem to log-in on any mobile device. I have tried to change my emails a number of times and have even received confirmation from Now TV that the email has been changed and "all set" but when I log in again I get the "unable to sign you in at this time, please try later" error message.
On Now TV they say if you access Now TV through your BT account and experience access issues to contact BT direct.
What am I doing wrong? This is really frustrating!!!

Hi @hficorilli welcome to the forum and sorry you cannot access Now TV on any mobile device.
Did you receive your activation email after ordering the Now TV package and activate your account?
Try https://www.nowtv.com/ie/forgotten-password for a password reset using the original email address you used when you ordered the Now TV service and see if you can then get access.
