Now TV access

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to get my existing NowTV account transferred to BT please.  I have tried ringing more than once, kept getting transferred to different depts then cut off.   Logged a complaint with Resolver - no reply after 9 days.  I just want to receive the service I am paying for!

Are you paying for NOW through BT? You need to get them to manually change your email to the email you use for NOWTV and they'll send you a confirmation pin and it should all change over. It can be frustrating when you can't get through, try calling on 08001114567 if you haven't already.
