Hi there, I’ve got the premium BT sports package which says I can watch Now TV. I’m able to watch it via the box but can’t login via the Now TV app on my phone. It just keeps saying I don’t have a membership. I have previously registered for Now TV with the same email address as my BT TV login. Not sure if this is why it’s not recognising me as a BT customer now. Please advise what I need to do.
