Subscribing to BT Sport only doesn't include any NowTV content, BT hold the rights so the content isn't delivered by a 3rd party.
If you took Big Sport that would include NowTV as the Sky Sports content is via NowTV, the same applies for entertainment content like Sky Atlantic, MTV etc and also Sky Cinema.
