Now charging for BT sport and DPA breach


I'm just wanting some advice, I made an enquiry on the live chat last week about why I'm now being charged for BT sport when it was free when I signed up, can this just be removed? I was also informed the extra would be put back into my account which hasn't happened. And when the advisor then called me he did no data protection questions, or informed me the call was being recorded. when I pulled him up on this he admitted that he had infact breached DP law. He then got his manager to call me back who also did the same. When I asked him about it he said they are not recorded.

Does anyone know if they are actually recorded? I am going to the ICO for the breach, I just wanted to know if there was a chance of getting the recordings pulled for my BT were meant to be responding to my complaint by Friday and haven't!!
