Now tv pack

hi I have had bt boradband and internet installed for my mum in these difficult times now for a week .

the broadband is a god send as it now means I can FaceTime mum to check on her every day and she now feels less isolated, feeeview works perfect as does the recorder and also very easy for her to use 

now the problem , we selected the now tv entertainment package aswell but this does not work customer services when I called said it would take 24’hours to active but that was a week back 

I receive a previous message on here asking for my details which I have filled in but still nothing and ideas or help would be very much appreciated

While you are waiting for a response, a couple of things I would try, firstly try and force a software update: How do I manually update software on BT TV boxes? 

Secondly, go to one of the channels that should be viewable via your subscription (such as Sky One), and click on OK or whatever messages appear on the channel. 

I have found in the past that I sometimes had to give the service a "kick" by clicking OK or similar messages on the channel that I subscribed to, it would then say "you are not subscribed" or similar, but then when I clicked "OK" or "Back" again, the channel would start playing.

Worth a try while you wait.
