I am struggling to set up Now tv app it will not allow me to set a password up. I login with my email address then there is no option for password. I am using a sky email address and noticed a lot of people having issue.I have set up a bt email address how can I link it all up so I can set password

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

I'm sorry for the problems you're having activating your Now TV subscription.  We would have to change your email address from our side and then on your order confirmation email sent to the new address, there will be a link you can click on to create your password moving forward.

We are extremely busy at the moment and there would be a delay with us getting round to picking up your case.  Give my colleagues a call on 0800 800 150 who should be able to help with this. Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

I rang them last night and have set up a bt email address she said they will look at it today and call me tonight. None of the advisors I spoke to in BT had any idea about sky email addresses being an issue even the tech bloke. Maybe a generic email to all staff should be sent to make them aware of this. Just a suggestion
