I recently added NowTV to my package to get Sky Sports (I already have BT Sports), but the NowTV service is not showing any active passes online and the BT Box says I need to subscribe.
My BT order online is showing as Open instead of Completed.
There was a link at the bottom of the Track Order section to Activate NowTV which I did, but still nothing.
Help!
