Number by have given me doesn't match numbers phone tells me
Hi. I've just moved into a house (Victorian terrace) - I used the home move service which has told me that my phone line and broadband has now been activated. Problem is that the number they've given me (and confirmed with a call to customer services from my mobile) doesn't match the number when I dial 17070 from my landline?!
My landline phone doesn't work (neither does broadband) - if i try to dial my mobile it tells me the number has not been recognised.
