Does the link work when you click on it in the forum page?
If it does save the link as a "favourite" in your browser and use it that way.
Yes you can stop using BT email but you will need to ensure that you give BT your new email address so that if needed they can contact you.

[wrong link]
My I restart the browser..... and now the convolueteded way doesn't work neither.
You've unfortunately not saved the actual website URL.
Click on :-
and when the login page displays, simply click on the star (Add to Favourites Bar) or press Ctrl-D. Then save to favourites. Of course, you will have to locate the favourites menu if it doesn't normally display.
Andy 😐
Did that and saved it and it opens but no mail. Thanks for the look in.
Hmmm.
Admin questions - Why is this marked solved ?
Who Solved it?
How was it solved?
And as it hasn't been solved shouldn't that marker now be removed?
.................. finally is Plusnet owned, operated and run by BT?
It was marked as solved because you stated in message 6 "And it now works. etc"
Plusnet is part of BT group but run by Plusnet not Bt retail
That accepted solution flag has been removed there now @Anology
Plusnet is part of the BT Group but operate as an independent ISP.
Cheers,
Robbie
I cannot login to my mail.
I have changed my password and still zilch.
Should I open a new mail account?...but I can't even do that.
Like most people I pay around £1000pa for internet, phone and mail. Maybe I don't pay enough.
Hi @Anology,
It may be best to speak with one of my team to help you with getting access to your account. I'd like to know what exactly has gone wrong.
I've sent you a private message about it.
Thanks

What about the Win7 machine? You said that was ok to login.
To me that means it's a computer issue, not an account issue.
If ŷou are paying about £1000pa for internet and phone including email then you should be looking to renegotiate your contract as soon as you can as that is very high
