ORDI request

I don’t currently have fibre at my address but am being told an ORDI request needs to be submitted to change my address status from silver to gold. Can you help with this as I am trying to get fibre at my address? Many thanks

I don’t currently have a phone line at my property. I am trying  to organise a phone line and fibre broadband but being told an ORDI needs to be completed to upgrade from silver to gold

If there is no line, then you will need to have a phone line installed first, before you can order broadband.

Once the phone line is working, the Openreach database will automatically be updated within a week, and then you can see what broadband options are available.

Are you trying to place an order with BT Retail, or with a different provider?

Then its up to Vodaphone to sort it out, as this forum can only help if you intend to use BT Retail as your provider.

Vodaphone should know the process, as it applies to all providers.

If you decide to use BT Retail instead, then you will need to place an order with them, for a phone line. You can do this online, and if you have any issues, help can be offered via this forum.

The cost of the phone line will be included in any BT Broadband package you purchase.

Hi,

i have looked into this and I can see there is a BT openreach box in my property, so this suggests that I have an existing line in. However I am being told that I need a new line to be installed. Can you help me with this please?

I have taken a photo of this but it is not allowing me to attach it to this post. I can send this over for you to review.

Hi, 

At this stage I am willing to appoint anyone as my provider it’s becoming rather frustrating. As I have a line in, should I not be able to ask anyone to provide me with internet?
