ORDI request

Hello.

I've been asked by Plusnet to contact BT to make an ORDI request.

My address doesn't appear on the Openreach system (although the other houses in my postcode do).

I am a BT Landline customer but my broadband is with Plusnet.

Any help would be appreciated.

is your address the same on plusnet and BT records?  is it also same on royal mail database?

Yes, the address is the same on both plusnet and BT records, and on the Royal Mail database.
