Odd Disconnections PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

Get a fair few of these per day and yesterday had 4 in the space of 10mins, we have already had BT out to check everything with the last problem we had, they replace the home hub 5 and now we get these errors, Is there anything i can actually do or do i need to get in contact with them again.

Cut out message, same everytime.

Re: Odd Disconnections PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

Yeah i saw this, the issue is Bt have stated there is nothing wrong with my line or internally yet there are still drop outs. So is the problem simply the fact i have the Home Hub 5?

Re: Odd Disconnections PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

Hi everyone,

This issue has already been raised and we posted our final response on this here

@spoonerthe1 I'm happy to take a look at your connection from here.  To get in touch, you'll see the link to "contact the mods" under the section "about me".  You'll find this by clicking on my username.

I'm now locking this thread for the same reason as in the link above.

All the best,

Robbie
