Odd behaviour

I have had two bthomehub2's and they have both had a fault within a week of starting use.

I just packed the first one up and started using the second. As I had the second one, I didn't try to fix the first.

The broad band is working fine. The wireless connection is fine, but without connecting to the comms port, I am not able to connect to the internet.

When running my laptop diagnostics, (with ethernet cable unplugged) no fault shows because it is connected to the hub.

Why would my hub not be able to connect to the internet when the broadband is working and the wireless connection is live?

Any help would be gratefully received!

Thanks

Re: Odd behaviour

What is the IP address of your PC when connected to the hub?

If you can't find this let us know your operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Vista etc.) and we'll be able guide you through the right menus to get it. This will fisrt-off enble us to tell whether your wireless connection to the hub is really okay.
