We recived a phone call from a BT salesman offering us broadband. We are currently on AOL and the ping is terrible so we are swapping provider anyway so we spoke to the salesman.
He offered us. BT unlimited for £25 a month + £10 line rental and 3 months broadband free.
All we had to do was get the AOL mac code and ring bt back. We got our code today in the post and we rang the number on the bt website to place our order, only to be told that we cannot have the 3 months free.... The guy we spoke to said he doesnt have the authority to give that out. He said we would just have to wait for this other guy to call back with the offer?? I've asked around on live chat and they were useless just fobbed me off with the same number that i rang in the first place.
Is there a special number to ring to get through to the phone sales department that can offer us this deal? Would like to get this resolved quickly.
Many thanks. Tom

hello bud, thanks for the reply
Can you please tell me where the unlimited broadband with 3 free months is on that list? am I just being blind?
Only one i can see with free months is the 10GB capped version
It says £20 a month for 3 months. Not free
Ok, the sales guy on the phone must of had it wrong or I must of got the wrong end of the stick.
Thanks for your help anyway.
