I have two email addresses on my BT email but one of them will not synchronise with Office Outlook. The Send Receive window states "Cannot conect to server". I had a look at the emails using BT email and I see that the format has been altered. Could there be a connection? I am not a techie and someone set all of this up for me so I have no idea what to do. Any thoughts please?
