Can anyone tell me what the official compaints procedure is for BT/BT Business?
I'll keep the details off this residential/consumer forum, but suffice to say my BT experience has been somewhat below the expected level of quality.

The business forums are so dead there are weeds growing in there. I thought I'd ask here and get some kind of sense in less than 6 months.

Thanks. Unfortunately BT seem to have caught the bug of every other big company and don't supply a real email address, only a space-limited "contact us" form.
