Official complaints procedure

Can anyone tell me what the official compaints procedure is for BT/BT Business?

I'll keep the details off this residential/consumer forum, but suffice to say my BT experience has been somewhat below the expected level of quality.

Re: Official complaints procedure

Welcome to the BT Residential Customers forum

If you are a business user, please could you post on the BT Business forum at http://business.forums.bt.com/

One of the moderators there should be able to help you.

Re: Official complaints procedure

The business forums are so dead there are weeds growing in there. I thought I'd ask here and get some kind of sense in less than 6 months.

Oh. and thanks for welcoming me to the residential forums I've been a member of for over a year...

Re: Official complaints procedure

Thanks. Unfortunately BT seem to have caught the bug of every other big company and don't supply a real email address, only a space-limited "contact us" form.

Looks like a letter it is in.
