Hi @OddJob Thanks for taking my call earlier and just to confirm for the community the order has been placed to reset your SNR margin. This will complete within 24hrs

Thanks JohnC,  Not yet up to previous speeds but distinctly better. Presumably it'll improve with time and stable connection?  Just keep those engineers away from my cabinet

looking better and DLM may after a period os dtable connection reduce noise margin to 3db which will give speed increase - but may make line less stable

Hello IMJ,

Thanks again for your advice.  All stable so far on "fast" latency.  If margin reduction to 3 causes instability, would it make sense to return to "interleaved"?  I'm basically a light user and don't do gaming on line.

Just an update.  Line stable on new settings giving speeds slightly better than ever. Unfortunately I had a power cut which caused a reset but it's almost back to best now.
