Hi @OddJob Thanks for taking my call earlier and just to confirm for the community the order has been placed to reset your SNR margin. This will complete within 24hrs

Cheers

Thanks JohnC,  Not yet up to previous speeds but distinctly better. Presumably it'll improve with time and stable connection?  Just keep those engineers away from my cabinet Smiley Happy

looking better and DLM may after a period os dtable connection reduce noise margin to 3db which will give speed increase - but may make line less stable

Re: Oh No, Not again!

Hello IMJ,

Thanks again for your advice.  All stable so far on "fast" latency.  If margin reduction to 3 causes instability, would it make sense to return to "interleaved"?  I'm basically a light user and don't do gaming on line.

Re: Oh No, Not again!

Just an update.  Line stable on new settings giving speeds slightly better than ever. Unfortunately I had a power cut which caused a reset but it's almost back to best now.

11:47:02, 13 Mar. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=19019Kbps, Up Rate=1279Kbps; SNR Margin Down=3.2dB, Up=7.0dB

18:00:00, 14 Mar.                                  ******Fuse blew & caused power cut*****

18:06:16, 14 Mar. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=18655Kbps, Up Rate=1279Kbps; SNR Margin Down=3.2dB, Up=6.8dB

Thanks again IMJ and also to JohnC

Regards
