Old Line not ceased

Hello,

My order is marked complete and i transferred to BT Full Fibre 100 yesterday, supposed be cease for TalkTalk but some reason this hasn't happened. So am left with two providers, i contacted TalkTalk and they tell me contact BT since your placed cease termination order?? 

Basically am getting bounced around, please assist.

Hi @fregrin and thanks for posting.

Are you moving from a fibre or ADSL broadband over to full fibre? If so then an advice of takeover would have been sent to your previous provider but because full fibre is a completely new installation the billing will have to be cancelled separately so you'll need to speak with them to confirm that.

I spoke and they said cease on line for a takeover, I had fttc fibre before.I told retentions to cancel my account as well.  Just keep saying talk to BT they initiated takeover.

The said cease was for the 17th but BT has a delay so they cannot do anything.
