Hello and hope someone can help!
We live in an upstairs which has an old BT Wire entering the top floor bay window. It comes from a pole outside and touches the top of the window. There's no give in it and attaches to the wall.
Inside the house, there's a black wire through the wooden windowframe itself which leads to an old GPO box.
We are getting new windows and can't find anyone at BT who can help after phoning several numbers. Can anyone help, come to take the wire away etc?
