BT in 8 weeks has provided the lowest customer service experience, with no resolve in sight.
The only way is to place formal complaints with legal team.
No customer service adviser contact, Nick Lane should be ashamed of the service standards of his teams. It is shocking to think that a customer like myself has been pushed from pillar to post, with endless calls just for a basic provision of the modern world.
