Don't see how that could theoretically help, either your in a lul before some more lag or BT fixed your connection.
I raid in wow so my MS needs to be good thank you for the link to battleping il be using it next reset as to be honest i have no doubt that bt will still be twiddiling there thumbs by then going hmmmmm how much longer should we make them wait before we sort out are ports hmmmm
this is above and beyond annoying i mean im movng soon and i was in two minds about switching to virgin my friends said "oh its way better no issues ever" i was like same with BT no issues ever. but recently youve done somthing wrong big time the ms on wow last month sky rocketed and then now im usually at 40 afk 60 raiding probs and now im 70-100 afk and 150-200 raiding maybe more its dumb and to be honest i think the amount of people who use BT and are suffering from this issue the LoL players the Sc2 players the wow players are a big customer base you wanna keep customers i expect more updates from the friendly moderators with somthing more than "were looking into it"
i know a lot of people were thinking its was there issue i had some people in guild sit on the phone for 3 hours and they got told it was there fault and theyd have to pay for there ports to be opened its not there fault if almost all of BT's wow lol and sc2 players are suffering from it so some clarity would be nice BT and a proper response to fit.......
Issue still ongoing it seems.

just installed battleping instantly dropped to 34ms in warcraft and played all evening superb, just sad that we have to pay for an extra service to clear these issues
I stopped using battleping now and i am back on 27ms.
So clearly BT can again not get the trottling sorted as we far beyong peek time now.
Shame that has to take 3 days to sort and i hold my breath for tomorrow night
Luckly there are programs like battleping that actual do sort something, indeed shame it cost ...
It's getting old we have to use a third party program to actually make the service we pay for work.
Well seeing as Battleping is a program that seems to change routing/ports/game traffic, and apparently works (haven't tested it myself) that should at least narrow it down for BT that it's clearly an error on their part with something they've changed regarding one of those things.
You get a 7 day trial with battleping so you shouldnt of paid anything yet.
I dont know about you guys but atm i have 300 ping ingame (without battlenet of course)
700ms again a few minutes ago in wow, playing Battlefield I'm fine with around 100 which is pretty normal.
I have 300+ at this current moment in time when i should be getting around 30-40
