'One for All' universal remote and DTR2100 BT/Youview box?

One correction:

URC-7541 as shipped seems to support both 0283 and 0863.

URC-7562 as shipped seems to support only 0863 as far as I can tell.

Neither of those models as shipped support 1176 or 3140 as far as I can tell.

NOTE: 0863 has many key positions jumbled on those two models and would need most keys re-assigning, or a more permanent memory update applied.

If so you need to assign the function to one of the keys on the remote. When you look at the original BT Youview you will see that subtitle & delete share the same button.

You just need to do this, assuming SAT is used for the BT box. If VCR is being used then replace SAT with VCR below

1 Press the SAT device key.
2 Press and hold down the M (MAGIC) key until the red LED underneath the POWER key blinks twice (the red LED will blink once then twice).
3 Press 9 9 4. The red LED underneath the POWER key will blink twice.
4 Press the M (MAGIC) key once.
5 Enter the 5-digit function code (00166).
6 Press the key to which the function will be assigned, for example -/--.
7 The SAT device key will blink twice.

If your one for all remote is another model the sequence of keys could be different.

Just wanted to say thanks for the information, whilst I have known for a long time how to add functions I didn’t know what the 5 digit codes were, to my knowledge the only way to obtain them is to open a support ticket with OFA, so just a thanks for saving me some hassle.
