One landline copper plus fibre broadband

Go to solution
I renewed my BT copper contract in April and moved house at the end of May. The speed of wifi in my new house is 1.3mbs

To upgrade to fibre costs £26 per month. New customers get the same package for £18 per month. I'm happy to leave my old copper contract running (as its cheaper than cancelling) but not use it and sign up as a new customer to another provider.

Can I have both fibre and copper and only one landline?

By fibre I assume you mean fibre to the cabinet.

If so, you cannot have both ADSL (standard broadband) and VDSL (fibre to the cab broadband) on the same line.
