Sorry I missed your call! Yes, on Friday an engineer came out, found the fault in the woods and changed some old box out for a new one 🙂
here in the woods most of the day but it's now fixed - clear line, and Broadband up to speeds it was a year ago. Many thanks for whatever wheels you greased to get it fixed quickly!
