Hi I live near Windlesham in Surrey and we have had terrible phone and B'band issues for months. Virtually no B'B service at the momenet and hissing noise on the phone line. This Sunday 24th Aug will be our fifth Openreach visit and I don't expect anything will be fixed as per the last four visits. My neighbours have had similar problems so I know it's not the equipment inside our property. Bad weather makes things worse. There is clearly an issue externally, when will this be fixed????
