Thanks for stopping by. This is a tale of woe if ever there was and noone at BT seems to want to do anything.
Last person I spoke to was a man in Glasgo and he told me ' to me you're just a voice on the end of the phone' and it 'wasn't down to him to sort it', so I told him to downgrade my internet to copper to try to save some money.
He took my email address and stuff like they do. Thought there really might be sommething in there today.
