I'm not in this queeue 'cause I've been talking to a very nice BT man 'bout the problem.
He tells me it's my browser and he told me to downgrade my security and to use a non Microsoft browser.
I said I won't do that as IE11 is an integral part of the OS and anyways don't BT pages work with MS products....... and then he went all shy.
Guess I'll join the queuee as I've got no idea what any of my BT pages say.
I just tried the online form to join the queue - only problem is I don't know my account number and the form won't submit without it.
The online people would normally ask for account number.
Anyway, it should be on your BT Bill, or on your bank statement if you pay by Direct Debit.
He didn't ask for my account number.
I pay my bill in full each quarter.
So I'm all out.
