We are aware that a small number of customers in specific situations are having difficulty accessing the new billing system, and have also reported some calls are not being shown in their recent usage. We are aware of these problems and working to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the case of the missing calls it will not impact the amount being charged on a bill.
If you cannot access your recent usage online, you can get the total by calling our free automated service on 0800 44 33 11 and selecting option 2. You will need to enter your telephone and account number to access this information.
