Since I upgraded my family SIM package I cannot see my bills online. I have tried all the usual of clearing cache on the PC and restarting and the like. I have tried downloading the APP. I have tried on 2 Apple devices and a windows laptop. If I go onto "Your Products" "manage my mobile " it will not show any of the data for my main number, Just comes up "Sorry, something went wrong" in red but it will show me the data on my other 2 SIM's
