Fixed with a replacement aerial cable - Channels 101,102, 103 and 104 all present in HD now.

 

So if anyone else reads this thread with a similar missing channel problem a quick replacement of the aerial cable might be a good cheap first option.

Glad to hear you fixed the problem. However to be clear you mean you changed the fly lead between the wall & the TV?

Changing the cable all the way to the aerial is often not 'quick' or 'cheap'!

Sorry! Yes, I only replaced the cable to the TV, not the full cable from the aerial!
