I'm trying to view an itemised list of my unbilled calls on my.bt.com but keep getting the same error message.
I can see the itemised list for my most recent bill, but cannot see it for the unbilled calls.
I get as far as a breakdown by call category - UK Landline, Mobile, International etc, but when I try to get an itemised list there's an animation of dancing blobs which is always followed by this message:
I've tried different browsers - Chrome, Firefox and Edge all on Windows 10, and Chrome on Android - all with the same result. I've tried on different days but always the same.
I've tried the online chat, but got passed around 3 different people before they cut me off.
