Hi folks,

I'm trying to view an itemised list of my unbilled calls on my.bt.com but keep getting the same error message.

I can see the itemised list for my most recent bill, but cannot see it for the unbilled calls.

I get as far as a breakdown by call category - UK Landline, Mobile, International etc, but when I try to get an itemised list there's an animation of dancing blobs which is always followed by this message:

I've tried different browsers - Chrome, Firefox and Edge all on Windows 10, and Chrome on Android - all with the same result. I've tried on different days but always the same.

I've tried the online chat, but got passed around 3 different people before they cut me off.

Help!

Have you, tried to MyBT app on Android?

Thanks for the suggestion Carlusha.
I've now tried the app and unfortunately I still get the same error message, complete with its red background & bad punctuation...

Hi @Ph1ip,
Are you by any chance using a VPN?
I've found I can't access the "secure" areas of my account with the VPN on but can successfully access them with the VPN switched off.

Thanks for the suggestion @Her_Indoors, but I'm not using a VPN.
I can see all the other parts of my account - old bills, usage for previous quarter - just not the call breakdown.
I'm sure it was working last week, which is why it is so frustrating!

It's working now!

No rhyme or reason to it - but I'm not complaining.
