Open Nat Type on Call of Duty playing on a Xbox One

Hi, 

I currently have a BT Smart Hub 2, and Xbox One and am trying to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019). I am struggling to connect to friends and games because my nat type is Strict/Moderate on Call of Duty. 

Now when i test my connection on the xbox which is wired it says my nat type is open but the game it doesn't. 

Does anybody know how to fix this, i have googled it and read other forums but they all seem to be old routers and Bt have changed the layout for HUB Setting on the new hub and i cant seem to fix it?

Advanced Settings > Firewall > Port Forwarding.

• TCP: 3074
• UDP: 88,500,3074-3075,3544,4500

Xbox Ports used on MW2019.

3074 should be the only one you need to add.

i have got that far but it asks for a External Start/End and an Internal Start/End, and i dont know which number i am putting in where

it goes in both Internal and External.

Yes you can do it like that but you should just try one port at a time until it works.

As I said only 3074 should be needed both TCP and UDP.
