Open Order Stuck

Hi

I have a order that is stuck open on my orders, the order has been cancelled but still shows as open, also I cannot make calls to premium rate numbers, I believe that the bar on premium rate numbers was added by someone who tried to contact us about a high bill that we knew about already, so please can this bar be removed also so I can call premium rate numbers when I need to thanks

have you tried to sort this out by phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile
