Ah, interesting that you got the Sim activated in the mean time. How did you go aboit that? Mods, is this something I could get done whilst you sort out the order. I've had the SIM a week now but can't activate it....

It will depend on why the order got stuck, in most cases it gets sent to the connection team to push it through. But if they mods can do anything to get it done sooner they will Pete.
How can I move this forwards - it's 2 weeks now and still the order is stuck open and the SIM can't be activated - getting frustrated ....

The last I can see if that one of the moderators raised a fault. Lets ask a mod back to see whats happening... wait for them to post.
