Open order.

Hello, 

My order has been completed, but the online system states that it is still open. 

What is the best way for me to get the order closed, so that I can add to the package.

When was the order completed, as it can take a few days for the order to close, as all the associated tasks have to be executed first?

Then you need to give it quite a few more days, especially with the current crisis, as its probably waiting for someone to complete their task, before the order can close.
