I'm purchasing a property that has recently been split out by Land Registry. Although I can see Post Office now have the correct address recorded, Openreach don't seem to. How can we get this rectified as would like to ensure a swift broadband move with my house move
You would need to have a working service, then ask your provider to raise an ORDI, if you have a service and are asking that ISP to move your line/bb, they can raise the ORDI.
Thanks - I have a working service and will be asking ISP (BT) to move the line once I have firm move dates. However; I can see that the new address is incorrect with Openreach. So I'd hoped to get this rectified ASAP so I don't face issues when moving the service
