Openreach says i have Fibre available but i can't get Fibre

if you go over to the https://www.homeandbusiness.openreach.co.uk/fibre-broadband/when-can-i-get-fibre openreach website and select the PDF view and CTRL F the cabinet name BIRTLEY it says that my area has FTTC & FTTP available now but when i go onto the BT website and search my Postcode i don't have FTTC/P Available. Am I Missing something or is there any information where i can get which tells me when i will have FTTc/p available.

Try using your BT Retail phone number in the availability checker.

Do you have an active BT Telephone service? If so can you enter the number on the link posted by @Keith_Beddoe?

This will help to show what service are available on your line.

sorry for the late reply. I have also checked other postcodes around my neighbourhood and they seem to have fibre.
