Openreach wrong address

Hoping someone can help, the village that I live in has recently had FTTP installed.

 

All houses around me are able to order broadband but not me. On the Openreach website my house name is slightly wrong so I'm presuming this could be causing the issue?

 

The problem is I currently have no (connected) phone line going to the address and no broadband as a result so I have no provider to contact over the problem.

 

How can I get my address updated and find out whether that is my problem when it comes to ordering? The telegraph pole that the fibre runs to is directly outside my house so I'm quite certain its not just a case of I can't have it

Your best bet would be to contact the FTTP sales team who might be able to advise on the best way forward with this. You can get them on 0800 587 4787.
