If I'm dissatisfied with the standard of the installation of FTTP into the premises by the Openreach engineer who do I complain to? Broadband speed etc. is fine it is simply the installation of the box and drilling damage to the house. Clearly during this crisis I don't want to phone BT.

as you contract is with BT and not Openreach I would expect that you should complain to BT as the must be responsible for their contractor's work
