Openzone on holiday

Go to solution

Hi to the Forum helpers: I'm new to this So I hope I am at the right place my package is 'BT Total Broadband'. Next Friday away for two week should I leave my hub switch on. If I switch in off will I able to log onto the BTFon or BT Openzone where I am staying I have seen Openzone at the hotel I am staying in but not being with BT Internet at the time. So back to the question If I turn off the hub at home will I still able to connect to BT Fon or BT Openzone (I have registered) at place I am staying. Or should I have to leave the hub on to login to BT Fon or BT Openzone . Thanks to any reply I receive. rayjon.

Welcome.

Youll be fine for access if you turn the hub off. However its safe to leave on really and you should do so and it can receive updates which often arrive in the small hours.
