I had Infinifty 2 installed today engineer came conencted HH5 all ok did a speed check was getting 45 /15 he expalined would settle in few days great
I get in tongiht not working orange light no other lights on on HH5 have spoke with tech help he did a few checks said was exchange problem and i would get a call to tomorrow between 11 and 1 from the service monitoiting team
Anybody know who there are and what are the fix times like surely if an exchange problem they need an engineer to go there

Got upm today and broadbband is working not sure if i should cancel the engineer appoinement tomorrow or leave in case soemthing else goes wrong
