Orange light still flashing on the smart hub 2 for almost 2 weeks despite engineer visits saying there no fault. They sent a new hub, still the same issue. Blue light was on and working a few days ago for a couple of hours but then it went off again. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
