Order Number too long, trying to claim voucher

Hi

I've placed an order, and activated my bt mobile sim, I'm trying to claim my voucher, and my order number is 20 characters long, however the entry will only accept 18 characters

How do Ii go about claiming my voucher, as I emailed the help team for the vouchers 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response

Have you tried just entering the VOL reference, and not the order number?
