I cancelled on order for an "AnytimePlan" on Wednesday 20th Jan within the 14 day cooling off period via the on-line form and received the reference number 160120-******. This request has not been actioned. When I called the helpdesk they tried to sell me other products instead of actioning the cancellation.
Is there anybody on this forum who can action my cancellation request please? It is still showing as active on account. I just want to revert to my original standard contract and remove the "Anytime Plan"
P.S. Failing that is there a specific number I can call (I've tried 0800 800 150)
