As above. Does anyone have any info on this? I'm at the end of my tether with BT and thought of having to call them again to get this clarified has my stomach in knots. Has anyone experienced anything similar or is it just standard procedure. I called to cancel the order about 12 hours ago (about 6pm, yesterday evening).
